50.01

The licence applicant must have appointed a qualified head of the youth development programme who is responsible for running the daily business and the technical aspects of the youth sector.

50.02

The head of the youth development programme must hold one of the following minimum coaching qualifications, issued by a UEFA member association in accordance with the UEFA Coaching Convention:

  1. Valid UEFA Elite Youth A coaching licence;

  2. Valid UEFA A coaching licence if the licensor (or its UEFA member association) is a signatory of the UEFA Coaching Convention at Pro level;

  3. Valid UEFA B coaching licence if the licensor (or its UEFA member association) is not a signatory of the UEFA Coaching Convention at Pro level;

  4. Valid UEFA recognition of competence equivalent to the licence required under a), b) or c) above as applicable.
