The licensee must promptly notify the licensor and UEFA in writing about any significant change(s) including, but not limited to, a subsequent event of major economic importance at any time during the licence season.
The information prepared and submitted by the licensee’s management must include:

a description of the significant change, where applicable describing the nature of the event or condition of major economic importance; and

an estimate of the financial effect of the significant change, or a statement (with supporting reasons) that such an estimate cannot be made.
