The German Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs has undertaken to assist with visa processing in order to ensure a smooth delivery of the event.
All third country citizens entering Germany to work for the preparation of the UEFA Nations League Final 2025, who are subject to visas requirements, are invited to:
contact the relevant UEFA project leader and request a support letter for their visa application;
file the visa application with relevant documents as indicated above and mention that the travel is linked to the UEFA Nations League Final. Even if the appointment is later than the match, an appointment should be booked and then ask the Embassy/Consulate via email or contact form for an earlier appointment, mentioning that the travel is linked to the UEFA Nations League Final and the appointment registration number;
provide UEFA project leader with necessary details (first name, last name, country of residence, embassy/consulate, nationality, passport number, date of birth, email, function at the event);
UEFA will share a list of participants subject to visas requirements, including their related details, with the German authorities to benefit from an assisted visa process, in accordance with UEFA Privacy Policies.
