Production and broadcasting equipment for radio and television can be declared by presenting a list of the equipment in connection with border crossing, cf. Section 4-6-2, second paragraph, letter a, of the Movement of Goods Regulations. It is a prerequisite for the temporary importation of such equipment that the goods are owned and imported by a person who is resident or domiciled outside the customs territory, and that the equipment is to be used for assignments in the customs territory by the importer himself or under his direction, cf. Section 4-6-4, first paragraph, letter c, of the Movement of Goods Regulations.
