Employees must receive:
35 consecutive hours of weekly rest,
which must include Sunday, unless the nature of the work requires otherwise.
Alternatively, employees must receive:
two consecutive rest periods of 24 hours within 14 days, equivalent to 48 hours, depending on work patterns and collective agreements.
