Security personnel, first-aiders, medical and fire service personnel, and also the public address announcer(s), must remain in their allotted positions in and around the stadium for the entire time that the public is in the stadium and until the crowd has dispersed, in accordance with the instructions of the police commander for the match or safety and security officer.
