If the circumstances so require, the segregation of the different groups of spectators must begin as far from the stadium as possible, to safeguard against the undesirable mixing of the various groups in the stadium approaches or turnstile areas.
Separate car and bus parks, preferably on different sides of the stadium and as near as possible to their respective viewing sectors, must be provided for the various groups of supporters.
