Bidders are, and remain at all times, fully responsible for costs, charges and expenses of whatever nature incurred in connection with the bidding procedure. Each bidder acknowledges and agrees that UEFA will not cover or repay any such costs, charges and/or expenses under any circumstances (whether or not UEFA appoints the bidder as the host association).
