Article 17 Admissibility of appeals - Procedural Rules of CFCB

17.01

Appeals against decisions of the First Chamber may be made to the Appeals Chamber, with the exception of the following decisions, which are final:

1. warnings;

2. reprimands:

3. fines of up to € 10,000;

4. decisions on exceptions as provided for in Paragraph 5.01(g);

5. decisions in particularly urgent cases as foreseen in these regulations.

17.02

An appeal against a decision of the First Chamber will be declared inadmissible if the defendant does not request the grounds of the decision by the deadline specified in Paragraph 32.02.
