Article 5 Eligibility of bidders - Bidding

5.01

All UEFA member associations may bid to host UEFA finals and UEFA final phases, with the exception of the following:

1. UEFA member associations which are suspended, excluded or dissolved (as specified in the UEFA Statutes);

2. UEFA member associations whose affiliated clubs and/or national teams are suspended from participating in UEFA competitions (following a decision of the UEFA Executive Committee);

3. UEFA member associations who are prevented from organising any UEFA competition matches on their territory (following a decision of the UEFA Executive Committee).

5.02

Joint bids are permitted for UEFA final phases. Additional conditions may be required for these bids, including geographical proximity.
