UEFA reserves the right to appoint independent consultants and/or to collect such other information as it deems necessary to analyse and supplement the bid dossiers at any time during a bidding procedure. The opinion of such consultants and/or such other information may be used by UEFA at any point in the bidding procedure to evaluate any bid dossier.
