The clubs undertake that their teams will arrive at the match venue by the evening before the match (or their first match in the mini-tournament) at the latest and that they will fulfil their media obligations the day before the match.
In the case of mini-tournaments, unless they agree otherwise with the host club, teams arriving earlier (i.e. more than one night before their first match in the mini-tournament) or departing more than one day after their last match in a mini-tournament are responsible for the extra costs incurred as a result of their early arrival or late departure.
