UEFA ensures the organisation of the semi-finals and final and pays for all related costs (including the transport of the teams on-site).
The travel and accommodation costs of the four teams (with up to 30 persons in each team) are borne by UEFA on the basis of the reimbursement policy communicated by UEFA prior to the semi-finals. The difference between UEFA’s contribution and the actual travel and accommodation costs will be borne by the clubs.
For the semi-finals and final, UEFA owns all rights relating to tickets.
