Each member of the UEFA Executive Committee entitled to take part in the voting procedure selects its preferred bidder.
The bidder that obtains the highest number of valid votes cast is selected as the host association.
In the event of a tie, the chair of the meeting has the casting vote, or he can decide at his discretion to proceed with the drawing of lots.
