In any case, the UEFA administration may reschedule matches and assign the rescheduled matches to an alternative venue if this ensures all matches are played and allows the main round and the elite round as well as the respective play-offs to be completed accordingly. This should not jeopardise the schedule of any forthcoming phases in the competition. Such decisions of the UEFA administration are final. The rescheduling of matches is subject to the following deadlines for the different phases of the present competition:

Main round: by 12 March 2023

Main round play-offs: by 30 June 2023

Elite round: by 28 February 2024

Elite round play-offs: by 30 April 2024
If, for any reason, a phase of the main round or elite round cannot be completed in accordance with this Annex, the UEFA Executive Committee will decide on the principles for determining the teams qualified for the next round.
