39.01

The language of proceedings is English.

39.02

Upon written request at least three days prior to the day of the hearing, an interpreter is provided for the defendant/appellant at the latter’s expense.

39.03

Any supporting document expressed in another language must be accompanied by a translation in English certified as accurate by the defendant/appellant submitting it.
