22.01

Defendants/appellants have the right to be heard.

22.02

Defendants/appellants must fully cooperate with the CFCB in respect of its requests and enquiries. If a defendant/appellant fails to fulfil its duty of cooperation, the CFCB may draw adverse inferences.
