A disciplinary measure may be suspended in whole or in part, for a specific period or until the occurrence of a specific event.
When a disciplinary measure is suspended, a member of the First Chamber monitors the situation. Where appropriate, the First Chamber lifts the suspension and enforces the disciplinary measure. The procedure defined in Article 13 and Paragraph 14.01 to Paragraph 14.05 applies by analogy.
